Jon is a passionate strategic marketer with over 12 years of experience. He founded Extension (then Extension Marketing) in 2006. Prior to this, Jon was the Marketing Manager of Mirvac Victoria.

He has advised many of the nation’s leading property developers on projects across Australia and internationally. Outside property, Jon has driven the marketing and branding strategies of numerous other businesses including large construction, building products and consulting companies.

Anne Baker is a highly experienced marketing communications professional with a diverse range of skills, and a demonstrated track record in delivering successful outcomes in complex and commercially driven environments.

Her career has seen her work for some of Australia’s leading publicly listed companies including FKP, Colonial and Austereo, and a selection of small to medium organisations in the private and not for profit sectors.

Anne has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Masters of Business (Marketing) and is an Associate Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI).

Matthew has over 10 years of strategic and operational marketing experience. Prior to joining Extension, Matthew
was the marketing manager at Peet Limited, responsible for managing multiple developments in key growth regions around Melbourne, delivering results in highly competitive markets.

He is a specialist in end-to-end marketing from vision/branding and strategy through to design covenants and the customer purchasing journey.

Prior to property, Matthew was the marketing manager for the Australian Potato Industry.

Danielle brings vast marketing and management experience to Extension.

During, and before finalising her studies in event management in 2006, Danielle worked in event styling and hospitality. A brief stint followed studying interior design before gaining major experience in marketing and sales roles both in London and Melbourne.

Having worked with boutique property developers, managing major large scale projects, Danielle’s expertise in marketing and strategy are significant assets of Extension’s capability.

Sam has over 10 years experience in graphic design and art direction. Ideas driven, proactive and passionate, Sam brings exceptional design skills to Extension.

After completing Communication Design at Swinburne University graduating with honours, Sam got his early start with Clemenger before he joined HM Creative as Head Designer.

For six years, Sam worked on accounts such as Mercedes-Benz, Smart, ISIS, Arnette, Victorian Government and NAB.

In 2010, Sam joined Extension as Head of Design.

Hugh is a designer with over 10 years experience in graphic design and photography. He has worked in many leading agencies in Melbourne and London and was the co-owner of a creative collective of young designers in Melbourne until 2004.
